You will often see black specks on damp walls especially during the rainy season. These black specks are also seen around the leak in plumbing system, below carpets and also beside kitchen sink. These specks are known as mold and the black color molds are Black Molds. The scientific name of the black mold is Stachybotrys Chartarum. These species prefer places where humidity is more.
