how do you tell the difference between regular mold and toxic mold?

by Maurice Manhattan

my home has no ventilation(windows and vents are covered with plastic) and the whole one corner(6′x3′) of my living room is covered in black mold. floor and walls; mostly floor, the reason is because when i take a shower there is no escape for the steam so it settles on the floor. i’m just curious whether or not this could be toxic mold or not and how worried i should be about it building up. i know either way i should and will clean it up but i would like to know for future reference. thank you for all and any help on this subject.

i would treat all mold as bad, and not take a chance on getting all sick.. , bleach clean up works, but wear a mask and eye guards..as spores get air borne with spraying

You must have ventilation for bathrooms, cleaning up mold won’t prevent it.Mold will just get more toxic if left to grow
