Black mold is not something to mess with if it is in large quantities. If it is simply a small amount you can use bleach water to clean it. Run a dehumidifier in the area too to keep moisture at bay. If it is a large amount contact a water restoration company who can check it for you and also have it tested if need be.References :

Get some industrial stregnth bleach…you can find it at Lowes and such…black mold is best removed with face masks and other protective gear! It should not really be touched…if you can, cut out the biggest part of it and carry it out in sections! It can be very dangerous! If there is a lot, you should really have a professional remove it! After you have cut out the biggest part, use the bleach to wipe down anything else…it will kill anything remaining. Depending on were its located, bleach wont work.If its just on a non pourous surface bleach is fine, if its on something like drywall it wont work, you need to find the source of the mold problem, fix it than start the clean up.References :
first of all DO – Not – Mix Bleach with any other cleaning agents this can cause a toxic Gas.there is a warning on the label. Depending where your mold is for-instance with-in the grout of tiles remove all the old grout. Comet and a good brush work well and some old fashion elbow grease.
If you have it on sheet rock walls most likely it has penetrated into the sheet rock .Remove & reapply mold resistant sheet rock & apply to manufactures spects. Theen change your cleaning habits.References :
