It is also very difficult to accept the fact that mold spores are everywhere; they are present in the air around you right now! They are not forming colonies because they are not getting the right conditions. When they are dormant, they are searching for a suitable environment. As soon as they get it, hyphal growth begins.
Moisture and source of nutrition (basically any organic product which is bio-degradable) are must for molds to form and grow. Temperature is reported as a supporting condition for mold growth. Room temperature is ideal for mold growth. They become inactive when the mercury is low.
It is again difficult to realize how those small organisms can spread such intolerable musty odor? Presence of black molds and mildews is often identified by the moldy odor. This odor actually alerts us about the chances of mold growth inside the premise; the odor is helpful in that sense.
Airborne mold spores and hyphal fragments bring about serious health concerns in men, women, kids and pets. Difficulty breathing, runny noses, watery eyes, coughing, sneezing, skin rashes etc. are the common symptoms of mold infection. Situation turns worst with toxic black molds. Apart from consulting a physician, you need to remove molds from your home as early as possible.
To get rid of molds completely, make sure you do the following things:

- Trash mold infected substances if possible
- Block the source of water
- Make sure they do not come back to re-infect
